Call me goofy (my kids always do), but I do have a fondness for retro, kitschy stuff. So I was thrilled to buy a full set of service for eight Brock of California dinnerware in that cool rooster pattern at an auction a few years back when I was selling on ebay. Once I got it home, I couldn’t bear to part with the set, which included some cool accessories, including this lazy Susan set. Alas, there was no accompanying turnstile. But yesterday I scored one at a neighborhood thrift store for the princely sum of one buck – so, of course, today I had to make tacos so I could use the dang thing.
