Another fascinating example of Amazon’s lame customer service …

Today I received the following email in response to a “help” inquiry:
Please write back to confirm that you want us to remove all of this information. If you’d rather make this information private and not remove it completely, let us know when you write back.
It went on to say: Please note: this e-mail was sent from an address that cannot accept incoming e-mail.
And no instructions were given as to how to contact Garwood D, my amazon representative.
It could be worse. I could be dealing with eBay’s customer service.
