Changing my life … one habit at a time

Saturday, February 20th … So, How’d I Do?

Last week I realized that, while I had done quite well on setting and keeping two new habits every week towards achieving my goals, there were a few that were iffy.  

One that I hadn’t maintained consistently was to write every day for 15 minutes.

So, to address that, instead of adding a new habit this past week, I changed that habit to “Blog posting every day.”  

I’m psyched to tell you, dear reader, that I did post to my blog every day!  

Yay!

But this weekend, I’ll be out of town for 3 days.  I’m taking my daughter to Atlantic City for a birthday celebration weekend!

I won’t have access to the Internet (hey, that should help address another “issue” … my borderline Internet addiction!).

But I’ll be back on Tuesday … with two new goal-oriented habits.
