It’s easy to get started with positive life changes.

I bought Anthony Robbins’ Get the Edge three years ago and began following it conscientiously … until I was about three quarters of the way through. I can’t remember what got in the way of my finishing it.

After three days housebound by both the snowstorm and a mild flu, I emerged today to get in a terrific weight workout at the gym, run some errands and spend the afternoon/evening with Abigail.

It snowed from about 6:00 last night (Sunday) until well into the afternoon today.
No school for Abigail. She watched Cold Case and Seventh Heaven all day (her latest faves).
I didn’t have to worry about getting to an office, braving the traffic or the mass transit.
