Sometimes you have an unbalanced day.
While I didn’t accomplish a thing towards Internet Market domination, I did accomplish quite a bit towards my “best body ever” goal.
I started out the day with a wonderful run. Granted it wasn’t the 30 minute run I did the other day …. Rather it was 20 minutes with 10 minutes of walking.

The other day I mentioned to a couple of women that I was lifting weights in the gym.
I was surprised at the responses that I got.
“Pam! That’s not good for you!”
“Yeah, you never want to use weights heavier than 5 pounds or so …” (this coming from a gal who weighs all of 230 pounds)

Last week I realized that, while I had done quite well on setting and keeping two new habits every week towards achieving my goals, there were a few that were iffy.
One that I hadn’t maintained consistently was to write every day for 15 minutes.
So, to address that, instead of adding a new habit this past week, I changed that habit to “Blog posting every day.”
