Yes, I know. Today I had planned to blog on what I want to accomplish in 2009.
But I have had what my kids used to call a “Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day.”
There seemed to be no rhyme or reason for it. Although I got to the gym late, I had a good workout. I’ve kept to my dietary plan today. Knocked off all of my daily habits before noon.
