Thoughts on Pantyhose and Flip Flops
I don’t exactly know how long pantyhose have been out of style.
It’s been about 8 or 9 years since I was working in corporate America, in an office full of women, and we were all wearing them then.
I confess to being that rare breed of woman who actually liked pantyhose. I loved the different L’legg’s colors … Nude, Taupe, Off Black, Suntan. Not to mention the cute little containers...

Sometimes You Can’t Do it Alone – Making the Decision to Seek Therapy
Last week I began seeing a therapist.
I’ve seen a therapist a few times in my life. The first time was when I found myself drawn to a bad relationship, despite the fact that I was not happy in it.
Unfortunately I ended up marrying the guy.

If you watch a lot of infomercials on TV, you can’t help but have seen the infomercials for the Jack LaLanne juicer.
Both Jack and his wife Elaine are in their mid-nineties – yet clearly have more pep and vitality than you or I.
