Last week I realized that, while I had done quite well on setting and keeping two new habits every week towards achieving my goals, there were a few that were iffy.
One that I hadn’t maintained consistently was to write every day for 15 minutes.
So, to address that, instead of adding a new habit this past week, I changed that habit to “Blog posting every day.”

When my youngest daughter was three years old her great grandmother died. I traveled to from Philadelphia to Michigan for the funeral and it was the first time I’d ever been away from Abbey overnight.
